Workmanship
Every interior project includes a 5-year workmanship guarantee covering adhesion and application defects when maintained under normal domestic use. Exterior paintwork is covered for 2 years, subject to exposure, substrate condition and ongoing maintenance. Manufacturer warranties on specific products also apply. If something falls short, we will return promptly to make it right.

Lead times vary with the season. We can often survey within a week and begin within 2–4 weeks. For urgent rental refreshes, we keep limited fast-track slots.
We primarily use Dulux Trade, Johnstone’s Trade, Tikkurila, Little Greene and Farrow & Ball, selecting the best system for your surfaces and lifestyle.
Please remove small items and valuables. We can help move and protect larger furniture and will cover floors and fixtures thoroughly.
Our dust-extraction sanders keep mess to a minimum, and we favour low-odour, low-VOC paints. We ventilate well and tidy up daily.
